Upper Secondary Education Subsystem. Public policies implemented: 2008-2023

This text briefly presents the path that the public policy implemented in High School Education has had from the realization of the Comprehensive Reform of High School Education (RIEMS) in 2008 to the implementation of the New Mexican School in 2019. The public policies that emanate from an administration called alternation, to which a government that had been hegemonic proposes, and the current condition that it advocates for being an administration that proposes the Fourth Transformation, three administrations marked by different political parties that, in their official speeches, sought to address the problem of this educational level and that have continued or modified what in upper secondary education should be formed and trained.
