Abstract

Education, at all levels, is a sector of public and private services that, worldwide, is experiencing a complex and complicated moment. The pandemic left an impact that would seem irresolvable, inattentive: in March 2020, when governments were forced to apply confinement strategies to avoid massive contagion, 1.6 billion (UN, 2021) students around the world left the classroom and They were placed in distance training schemes, in which connectivity and the availability of technological devices would allow them to continue their studies, from preschool to university. The pre-existing digital divide to COVID-19 exacerbated inequalities in accessing and exercising the human right to education
