O sucesso conjunto da identidade

A identidade tem se tornado em um conceito central na análise da aprendizagem desde as perspectivas sociais. Neste artigo, se descreve uma perspectiva situacional para conceptualizar a identidade como um sucesso conjunto entre os indivíduos e suas interações com as normas, praticas, ferramentas culturais, relações e contextos institucionais e culturais. Partindo de experiências de nossa prévia investigação, examinamos o sucesso conjunto da identidade com respeito a diferentes níveis de atividades, incluindo como a identidade se desenvolve em relação com a realização de uma atividade particular, e como comunidades e praticas mais duradouras estruturam as formas em que a identidade se desenvolve dentro e através das atividades. Ilustramos, em particular, como uma perspectiva situacional sobre a identidade lhe possibilita aos pesquisadores capturar a dinâmica interação dos indivíduos e os recursos, explicando assim os aspectos de estrutura e ação em todas as interações sociais.
